These terms govern your use of Plannd. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Plannd is a personal planner and budget app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. You may use it for your own personal or business planning. You keep all rights to the content you create.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Do not use the app to break the law, to abuse the service, or to attempt to access other people's data.

Subscription and billing

• Plannd Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The current price and period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
• New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under Apple's Media Services terms.

Cancelling and deleting

You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings inside the app. Deletion is permanent. Cancelling a subscription is separate and is done through Apple.

Availability

We work to keep Plannd available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Plannd is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Plannd after that means you accept the new terms.
