Privacy Policy

Plannd is a personal day, week and month planner with a monthly budget. This policy explains what we store, why, and what control you have. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and the name you enter. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only your name and email address from them — nothing else. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see Apple's relay address.
• Your content. The tasks, events, lists, notes, payments and income you create in the app.
• Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple — we never see or receive your card details.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history or device identifiers for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Why we store it

Solely to run the app: to sign you in, to sync your planner across your devices, and to deliver the reminders you ask for. We do not use your content for advertising or profiling, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Where it is stored

Your content is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and cached locally on your device so the app works offline. Access is restricted by row-level security: each account can read and write only its own rows.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Their content stays on the device and is not sent to any server.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the app — Supabase (database and authentication) and Apple (payments, and Sign in with Apple) — and only to the extent they need to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting an item removes it from our database. Deleting your account, which you can do at any time from Settings inside the app, permanently erases your account and everything in it. This cannot be undone.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by writing to us at the address below. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

Plannd is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
